Harley Quinn inked by Charles Howell

My good pal Chunky B aka Charles Howell of Eclectorama fame inked my recent Harley Quinn pencils - before me! He did an excellent job of it, and I need to add colors to his work soon, but I wanted to share the great work he did with my pencils.
