Punisher Sketchbook Commissions

Josh has gotten his Punisher Sketchbook back, so it's time I posted the images I drew in it.


First I wanted to do something funny. A Punisher pun, if you will. Puny-sher. Get it?!?!? HAHAHAH I am so funny!



A female Punisher for no particular reason at all except that there wasn't yet one in his sketchbook and I like to stand out in the crowd. We'll call her Francine Castle.


And finally as a little bonus, a quick pencil sketch of a Punisher van. Vroom vroom daddy-o!

Punisher Sketchbook Sneak Peek

Anyways, I just completed them and am ready to mail his sketchbook back to him. I don't want to show the art until he's seen it (wouldn't want to ruin the surprise and all that) so here's a quick Frank Castle sneak peek...literally!

Joker Sketchbook Commissions

I recently showed a couple sneak peeks of the Joker sketchbook drawings I did for a fellow in trade for some toys. Yes, I trade art for toys. Interested? Email me at bubbashelby@gmail.com!

Anyways, I was about to post a sneak peek to a new sketchbook commission and realized I hadn't posted the pictures for the Joker commission!

So without further ado, here they are!

First I did a full page illustration of an ATC design I have previously done.

I also did a full page of Harley Quinn on a unicycle, juggling some bombs. No Joker themed sketchbook is complete without Harley Quinn!

I added a pencil sketch of the fifties Jokermobile too because if I didn't, no one else would have.

Finally, since I was the first to draw in this sketchbook, I wanted to add some rude jokes ala the Joker himself, so I added little illustrations to the corners of three pages in order to entice future artists to draw on those pages:





So that's it! If anyone else is interested in trading toys for art, just get a hold of me and let's make a deal!

Another Sneek Peek!

Here's another Joker insulting the work of some future artist in the sketchbook I mentioned earlier.

It would be absolutely BRILLIANT if the sketchbook's owner was to actually get the much maligned Rob Liefeld to sketch something on this page! (Oops, I just noticed - I misspelled his name in the illustration. Oh well, I don't feel too bad, considering that Rob did THIS.)

Everyone's a Critic

A message board acquantence was able to get me the DC Universe Classics Riddler action figure I so desperately needed, and in exchange he wanted me to draw in his Joker sketchbook - which he intends to use to collect tons of Joker images at comic cons etc.

I finished up today, adding a few little surprises, like tiny Joker images in the corners of a couple pages, making comments on what will one day be other artist's drawings...Joker style!

I don't want to post much of it until he gets his sketchbook back, so in the meantime here's one of the tiny Jokers:
